My women’s wellness reflexology sessions are designed with you in mind — focusing especially on the endocrine system (our hormones), the reproductive reflexes (womb, ovaries, fallopian tubes), and the digestive and gut areas that are so closely linked to our mood and vitality.

Indian Head Massage
In my version of Indian Head Massage for women’s wellness, the client lies down in total comfort and support — allowing full surrender and relaxation. I begin by applying a custom-blended base oil (or hair/scalp nurturing blend) to the hair and scalp, then gently but purposefully work through the strands and underlying scalp tissue. Using soothing, rhythmic motions, I open circulation, release tension, and imbue the scalp with nourishment.
Next, I move into the facial zones (drawing from zone therapy or marma/acupressure points of the face), gently stimulating the forehead, cheek zones, temples and around the eyes, each zone approached with mindfulness and light pressure tailored to comfort.
Finally, I extend the massage to the neck, shoulders, arms and hands — using stretches, kneading, gentle strokes and acupressure — to promote flow, release stored tension, and integrate the whole upper body into the experience. The result is a deeply relaxing, holistic session that supports scalp and hair health, facial rejuvenation, energy balance, and full upper-body release.

Facial Reflexology (also known as Zone Therapy) is a wonderfully relaxing, non-invasive treatment that works on the reflex zones and pressure points of the face to support balance throughout the whole body. It’s like reflexology for your inner systems — hormones, digestion, sleep and stress — with the added bonus of a beautiful glow and visible lift.
Using light, nourishing products and gentle touch, I stimulate the facial reflex zones connected to your body’s organs and systems. This encourages circulation, lymphatic drainage and natural rejuvenation. It’s deeply soothing, promotes relaxation, and helps release the tension we often carry around the jaw, neck and eyes.

On your first visit, we’ll start with a relaxed consultation — a chance for me to understand your health, lifestyle, and what you most need from your treatment. This helps me shape each session uniquely around you.
At follow-up appointments, we begin with a short five-minute catch-up to check how you’ve been feeling and to make any gentle adjustments to your therapy that day.
Each treatment also closes with a few quiet minutes to let your body slowly come back into the room and enjoy a glass of water. This unhurried ending allows the therapy to settle deeply, leaving you calm, centred, and ready to step back into your day.
These small pauses before and after are an important part of the healing — creating space for your mind and body to rest, reset, and restore.
